due to the nature of printed books, all sales are final.

if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@kalvay.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

we will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution when applicable.

we are not able to offer refunds for change of mind or normal wear.
